We are looking for exceptionally competent people who thrive on solving business challenges.   We look for maturity, wisdom and business gravitas.   A finely tuned entrepreneurial instinct to assess opportunities and a genuine ‘my-word-is-my-bond’ disposition are 'must have' attributes.   Our business model relies on recruiting and retaining master practitioners as partners.  There are no junior consultants at Resultancy.  Our associates are experienced enough to assume the responsibilities of a results-driven active partner.   Equity partners will be selected from our pool of associate partners for their contributions towards client acquisitions and business development.
