How we do it
Resultancy generates results by institutionalising Resultsmanship
At the heart of the Resultancy model is the clear-cut client control over the consultancy process at all stages.

Before the start of any assignment, we offer a free consultation service to understand the exact shape and nature of your requirements and the specific business benefits that you seek. We will, if necessary, also offer a free facilitated workshop to exchange ideas and clarify your requirements. After that we make our recommendations for a range of possible Resultancy approaches, setting out options, what will be delivered, when and how. Included in this process will be the identification of key business milestones and the measurement metrics by which you determine success.
We then agree with you our professional fees based on achieving those milestones. Not only are these milestones the points at which results are measured, but they are the time when you validate our remuneration. Therefore, assumptions are tested, outcomes measured and feedback formulated on a regular basis.

We define real-world approaches built on the unique situation and needs of your business. Our results-based system ensures that we focus our recommendations and actions where we believe we can make a real and measurable difference to the value of your business.
As well as our own partners, we have a business partners network of specialist practitioners and service providers. Because these partner companies work with Resultancy, we will guarantee the quality of their work through our no results , no fees policy.
